Terms of Rental

• 30 day minimum rental required

• 50% confirmation deposit required upon booking, balance due 24 hours before check-in

• $250 refundable security deposit, to be refunded within 14 days of departure if there is no damage

• ​​$250 cleaning fee

• No pets

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival date, 100% refund of deposit 

• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date, deposit is non-refundable
